At The Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

Processing and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
